The LiveCD allows you to run software demos without having to install and configure the software. It is a Linux install that boots from CD and uses only system memory (i.e. RAM) for operation.
What's on the LiveCD?
There are currently two software packages demonstrated on the LiveCD:
- Campus Grid Toolkit is an easy-to-install and easy-to-use software package that makes it straightforward to access and control all of the computational and data resources that are available to you.
- Rapid is a unique way of quickly designing and delivering web portal interfaces to applications that require computational resources, such as utility computing infrastructures or high-performance computing facilities.
